Travel for Work
As I am looking outside and seeing a pretty heavy snowfall, I am guessing this may be another reason there isn’t a lot of the apparel industry located in the midwest. As we know, most of the US apparel industry is located on the East Coast or West Coast most likely because the ocean makes a good spot for a Port. Although, I do live close to Port Barrington, but I haven’t seen many ocean liners around here lately.
We have also had contact with people from China, South America and the Carribbean. At this point, it looks like we can keep everything local which is great. However, I sure wouldn’t mind a business trip to the Caymans right about now… assuming we could get a flight out of O’hare during this snow!
