Tick Tock You Don’t Stop
Good Evening or should I say Good Morning?! It’s midnight and I am trying to figure out what to blog about today. This is especially hard since I just spent the last two hours installing Elfa Shelving in the nursery and I am drained.
Nothing really new to report except that we are in a huge time crunch to get as much done in the next two weeks before Spinner leaves on vacation, school starts and I have the baby! We are trying to divide and conquer our task items, but outside factors seem to be slowing us down. For instance, one vendor is moving offices so we can’t meet with him this week. Another company won’t return phone calls to confirm a meeting. There are only so many hours in the day for our Pattern Maker to work on our project along with her other clients.
All of this seems to be a domino effect in the pattern of a catch 22. We are finding it hard to move to the next phase and everything is predicated on another task which is predicated on another task. Again, the most valuable resource in all of this, besides money, is time. As Doug E. Fresh originally said, “Tick Tock, You Don’t Stop…”
