Kelly Daugherty – Managing Partner, CMO

Kelly Daugherty graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Marketing and Advertising.  While attending the prestigious Newhouse School of Communication at Syracuse, Kelly was awarded the “Lori Moskowitz — Woman with the most promise in Advertising” award. This  award was sponsored by the then powerhouse in advertising, J. Walter Thompson.

Following graduation, Kelly worked as an assistant buyer for the May Company stores.  Here she specialized in special sizes and in private label development and merchandising.

Kelly then shifted gears.  Taking her business acumen from retail, she put it to use in the advertising world.  Kelly worked for Young & Rubicam on Kraft foods and Philip Morris, where she showcased her promotional talents.  She then moved to Chicago where she worked for DDB on General Mills.  Here she was an integral part in developing a marketing plan for taking a snack division worldwide.  Most recently, Kelly was VP Account Director for BBDO Chicago where she oversaw seven brands across Bayer Pharmaceutical’s portfolio.

Kelly now resides in Barrington with her three children and husband.  She is working on winning another silver platter for her tennis prowess!

Alyssa Pazdan – Managing Partner, COO

Alyssa Pazdan graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology. During college, she also worked for the Department of Justice, through American University, and Senator Strom Thurmond, both in Washington D.C. After graduating, she accepted an offer to begin her career as a Technical Recruiter with Aerotek in Chicago, Illinois. While recruiting Information Technology professionals to work for Aerotek clients, Alyssa was consistently ranked as the “Most Effective Recruiter” by her colleagues and management.  After two years with Aerotek, Alyssa became an independent recruiting consultant earning contracts with Motorola, CNA Insurance, Exodus Communications and Allstate Insurance. Her success with recruiting the industry’s top talents for her clients established her as a highly desired consultant earning her a four year contract with CNA Insurance.

A permanent offer with NAVTEQ was accepted by Alyssa to become NAVTEQ’s Corporate Recruiting Manager in their headquarters located in Chicago, Illinois. Alyssa spent the next three years at NAVTEQ not only recruiting the company’s technical talents, but all positions in this location including their management as well as executive positions. 

Since retiring from the industry, Alyssa has shifted her talents to focus on her creative skills. For the past two years, Alyssa has been hired as a freelance stylist for professional photographers. She provides model styling, set styling, photography assistance and model direction. She has been the stylist for two cookbooks, apparel marketing, and countless portraits.

She most recently published and produced a book, Kids Feeding Kids Cookbook .  KFK sold the entire run of 2,000 books in four months. Alyssa single handedly was able to secure press relations with Oprah’s Angel Network, Oprah Radio, ABC 7 News, WGN News, both the Lunchbreak and Chicago’s Very Own segments as well as countless coverage in newspapers and magazines. She also is the founder of the non-profit charity Kids Feeding Kids Club. Alyssa is married and raising two children in Barrington, Illinois.

Jayne M Drew – Managing Partner, CFO & CIO

Jayne Drew graduated from Northern Illinois University with BS in Finance and received her MBA from the University of Durham, England.  Her extensive and varied experience was enhanced with 15 years working and living abroad in the Far East and London.

Jayne has significant experience with large multi-million dollar programs and extensive project management success in corporate and not-for-profits organizations, with more than 15 years in the financial services industry in money-center hubs in New York, London and Tokyo.  Consulting experience with corporate acquisition due diligence experience with a view of valuing takeover targets. with  Experience with cost control and managing budgets in excess of $50mn per annum and asset control of $50bn in 25 countries worldwide.

Considerable client management and consulting experience, with the aim of creating value for both the client and additional business for the firm.  Extensive man-management experience of both small and large teams (250+).  

To highlight some of Jayne’s professional experience:

Communications Director, board level position with non-for-profit, responsible for drafting organizational message, coordination with media outlets and all aspects of  public relations.  Experienced public speaker.

Head of Program Management for large London consulting firm. Responsibilities included development of marketable services, business development of strategic accounts, development and mentoring of firms program management consultants.

Head of Strategy and Institutional Banking IT director for large European bank managing 100 professionals.   Considerable client management and consulting experience, with the aim of creating value for both the client and additional business for the firm.

Director of Implementations for IT company with responsibility to  ensure delivery of company’s system was implemented according to plan, budget and quality standards – managed programs over 3 continents.

Jayne currently resides in Barrington, IL and is mother to 2 fantastic boys.
